I am a Director at LitCon Group, LLC. LitCon provides financial analysis, schedule analysis, forensic accounting, and valuation services to lawyers involved in litigation. LitCon analyzes complex financial and business concepts and explains them in a manner that everyone can understand. This allows attorneys and management to effectively evaluate the strength of their case and make educated litigation decisions. When cases go to trial we can explain these complex issues to judges and juries. We specialize in the following: • Commercial Litigation - LitCon assists with cases involving commercial damages, fraud investigations, forensic accounting, and valuation disputes. Our fraud experts have significant experience with forensic accounting, tracing financial transactions, uncovering misappropriated funds, and analyzing misleading financial reporting. Our valuation experts are often hired to calculate the value of interests in private businesses and intellectual property. • Government Contracts - LitCon helps to navigate the complexities of state, local, and federal government contracting. Our experts have experience with cost and accounting issues such as, FAR and CAS compliance; bid protests; false claims and TINA investigations; and DCAA audit issues. • Construction Disputes - LitCon has scheduling professionals that routinely analyze critical path method (CPM) schedules for delay claims. Additionally, we have financial professionals that utilize a broad spectrum of construction damages pricing methodologies. I have had the pleasure of working closely with a team of actively involved senior experts and consultants, some of whom possess over 30 years of experience in the industry.
