I am a dedicated advocate for family support, community development, and health equity, with a background in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, I assist in managing the agency-wide enrollment process for early childhood programs, ensuring that families receive access to essential childcare. My responsibilities include maintaining accurate and confidential records using ChildPlus software, generating detailed reports on attendance and operational data, and facilitating professional communication with staff, case workers, parents, and community members. I take a family-centered, trauma-informed approach to my work, focusing on creating inclusive, healthy environments where individuals and families can flourish.My experience with nonprofits has strengthened my commitment to supporting at-risk youth and advancing health equity. My greatest strengths include communication skills, organizational skills, and client-focused leadership, having led small teams in both nonprofit and corporate settings.
