I’m a product executive passionate about connecting vision to execution, creating clarity and alignment, and ensuring every product decision drives value for both customers and the business. For more than 20 years, I’ve led product strategy and innovation across B2B technology companies, including startups (i.e, head of product at Stem), fast-growing scaleups (i.e, VP of Product at ReUp), and a $40B global enterprise (i.e, VP, head of IoT at Ericsson). This range has given me a clear understanding of how to build strong product organizations at every stage of growth. I’m the author of The B2B Innovator’s Map, a best-selling book on managing early-stage product innovation. I’ve taught IoT product management at Stanford University, where I trained over a thousand product professionals, and serve as a startup advisor at Greentown Labs and Third Derivative, two leading climate tech accelerators in the U.S. These experiences continue to shape how I lead — with empathy, practicality, and a focus on building teams that deliver results.
