About Daniel Ellis

I served 6 years in the military, during that time I grew as a person and learned the importance to work as a team, selfless service and dedication to work. After the military, I worked in Customer Service, providing outstanding customer service while going to school. I identify the customers problems and needs, and then give the best solution. My goal is to always give the best experience and have the customer leave happy with their problem resolved. I remain professional in a fast pace and high stress environment. I am highly organized with sound active problem solving skills and always pay attention to details. I graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelors of Art in International Relations from California State University, Chico. Since graduation, I have worked in Customer Service, honing my skills in sales and the dedication of helping others. I have traveled the world and lived in Europe for the past 3 years with full immersion into Spanish and the cultures of Spain and Europe. I have worked beside people from different cultural backgrounds and interacting with many people from different nations and cultures in an international environment in an International Airport.
