About Daniel Ennis

I believe every challenge, both professionally and personally, is an opportunity to gain a new skill and mindset. In the past five years with M2S Bikes, I've had a great chance to experience huge growth in my professional skills and with a company on a fast upward trajectory. It's given me the chance to learn about human interactions in the workplace and helped greatly in hiring and helping employees feel fulfilled and productive in their roles. I feel that my role as operations manager is to glue all the pieces of a business together to ensure success in the big picture. I enjoy being able to switch gears quickly throughout the day to make sure everything keeps rolling, and my need to have things in order is a huge asset in having tasks stay on track. In my personal life, I love to get outside, either on a bike or with my young daughter. Experiences in the natural world directly affect a human's emotional growth and challenge boundaries. To that end, a passion is testing myself by competing in the most difficult mountain bike races around the world. I also work with Trek Bicycle Company in my spare time as a field tester. I love the process of bringing products to market that you can stand behind and know are a real improvement over current market offerings.
