About Daniel Estes

I’m a Project Manager and Director of Product Delivery with a background in software development, which helps me bridge the gap between technical teams and project stakeholders. I enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, structured plans that teams can execute with confidence. My core focus is project management—building implementation paths with software architects, gathering the right specifications and documentation up front, and removing obstacles long before they slow anyone down.I’m comfortable juggling multiple in-flight projects at once, keeping everything organized and communicating updates in a way that helps everyone stay aligned. Working on smaller, multi-phased projects, one accomplishment I’m especially proud of is consistently delivering within 25% of their target date—proof of the planning discipline and follow-through I bring to every engagement.Looking ahead, I’m excited about opportunities where I can take on larger, more strategic initiatives, strengthen collaboration between technical and business groups, and continue improving the processes that help teams do their best work.
