Supervised the service delivery of over 1 million hours of high fidelity helicopter simulation to the US Army for 8 different aircraft. Established a team of Simulator Technicians to maintain up to 16 new helicopter sims for the Navy's rotary wing training squadrons. Directed a department providing flexible Simulator Operations, Maintenance, Scheduling, Resource Optimization, Sim Operator Training, ATC / Tactical Role Playing, and Student Transportation. Worked as part of team defining simulator design to optimally meet training needs for Initial Entry Students, Sustainment Training, Instructor Pilot and Maintenance Test Pilot Training. Retired Army Aviation Officer with command, operations and crisis management experience. After retirement in 1998 spent 5 years as a middle school and high school teacher. Have had numerous positions within CSC, including Army Aviation Doctrine Writing Team Manager. For the Last 13 years I have served as GDIT's Warrior Hall Operations Officer outside Fort Rucker Alabama. My operations team was recognized by our former company, CSC, for our excellence and we received a CSC President's Award for Customer Satisfaction in 2011. Warrior Hall is the worlds largest helicopter simulation facility in the world with 43 high fidelity helicopter simulators. It provides simulation services for the US Army Aviation Center and US Air Force, servicing up to 400 students daily. On an annual basis we provide over flight hours to the Army and Air Force.
