With extensive experience in resource augmentation and digital transformation, I empower organizations to innovate and adapt in dynamic technological landscapes. At Elysium Digital, I contribute to fostering trusted relationships with clients by aligning our solutions with their unique delivery needs. My mission is to support businesses in achieving seamless transitions and sustainable growth while prioritizing meaningful engagement and collaboration. Currently, I lead initiatives to provide quality digital, data, AI and cyber resource augmentation through to outcome based deliverables, enabling clients to deliver projects efficiently and with minimal disruption. Prior to this, I played a pivotal role at NTT, qualifying and delivering staff augmentation services whilst managing the internal recruitment function and teams across multiple regions.
