About Daniel Fehrens

Curious by nature, driven by purpose. I’m part of PromethistAI, where we’re building emotionally aware Digital Humans — relational systems designed to help people feel understood, make better decisions, and create stronger connections in an increasingly AI-mediated world. I work closely with the management team in a hybrid role that bridges research, coordination, and strategic execution as we guide the company from concept to a market-ready product. With a background at the intersection of sociology, psychology, organizational culture, and technology, I’m driven by understanding how people think, decide, and connect — and how AI can meaningfully support that process. Growing up between German and Czech cultures taught me to navigate perspectives, languages, and ways of thinking. Living and studying abroad strengthened that foundation and shaped my approach to collaborative, global work today. Overcoming dyslexia throughout my studies taught me determination, resilience, and a non-linear approach to problem-solving. It’s also what allowed me to complete two university degrees despite challenges that often forced me to think differently — and work harder — than most. That experience shaped how I approach my work today: with persistence, curiosity, and a deep commitment to understanding complex problems from multiple angles. I'm not just curious — I actively seek out interdisciplinary challenges where social science meets advanced technology. I’m especially driven by projects that push boundaries, challenge assumptions, and have the potential to reshape how people think, decide, and connect.
