Straight out of high school, Dan started his working life in the construction industry as a labourer and worked in a variety of roles in the ICI sector. His real "career" started in 2009 when Dan was accepted at Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in June, 2013, and shortly thereafter, was given the opportunity to take over the established practice of Carolyn L. Jones (retired), where he continued until 2022 to serve her existing clients and welcome new ones. In September, 2022, Dan left private practice to take on a challenging and fulfilling role with the Law Society of Ontario.
