Over 20 years experience in the financial industry-Conduct educational process for reps under my supervision-Actively enhancing the processes for supervision of reps and OSJ branches-Responsible for compliance of RIA reps and spearheaded the project to automate the process-Series 7, 24, 53, 63, 65, 79, 99 as well as Insurance and Variable Products-Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet based applications. Prior to becoming an Area Vice President at JP Turner I worked in the Operations department where I excelled in margin and branch servicing and won employee of the year in 2011. I successfully passed my principal exams and began creating efficiencies in our Supervision department by implementing effective systems, strategies and processes to improve organizational performance. As a supervisor I have put my track record of increasing efficiency to work by boosting productivity and instituting an educational environment for my reps and OSJ branches to foster their growth and compliance. I have become a mentor, organizer, consultant and team leader to ensure proper client relations and performance for my branches. I continue to look forward to furthering my knowledge and achieving/exceeding corporate financial performance goals.
