A solution-oriented, forward-thinking aviation professional with 2 decades of diverse aviation experience in making detail-oriented decisions within the complex frameworks of civil, private, and military domains. I bring a unique blend of hands-on know-how, strategic thinking, and team-oriented leadership. My career has been about building — systems, teams, tools, and trust. If it flies, complains, or breaks, I've probably worked on it. My core strengths- I simplify complexity without losing the nuance- I prioritize execution over ego-I build better teams (and keep them laughing)- I speak fluent engineer, geek, regulator, and customer. Outside the hangar, I swap torque wrenches for tents. I serve as a volunteer and community leader in my roles as a Scout Leader and Group Commissioner. I teach both youth and adults outdoor skills, safety awareness, and instructional techniques. I have been awarded several times with Certificates of Commendation, an Appreciation Award, and most recently the Medal for Good Service, though the real reward is seeing kids successfully light a campfire. on purpose.
