The process of buying a franchise is challenging at best. Using a third party advisor or consultant is a must to avoid getting "sold" into the wrong business by aggressive franchise sales people. Most franchise consultants is that they have no experience in franchising themselves so their "expertise" in the field is limited. Having experience as both a franchisor and a franchisee, I bring a unique and high value perspective on helping others acquire the right business. Succeeding at franchise ownership isn't a given so picking the right business is a critical first step. At Ligero Group, our goal is to position you into a business that you will find interesting and take advantage of your current skill set rather than risking your ability to learn a new one. Specialties: Working with individuals, determining if franchise ownership is a good idea, finding the "right" franchise, negotiating the franchise agreement, and finding financing to ensure the business is adequately capitalized.
