About Daniel Franc

As a consultant or program lead, I build human centric programs connecting top down strategy with bottom up approaches to scale AI/tech adoption, learning, brand growth, and social impact. For 20 years, 13 of them leading global developer adoption programs through communities at Google, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, business, and society. I now draw on my experience to help clients in two main ways: 1) Combining top-down strategies with bottom-up people-oriented initiatives and applying social tactics to real challenges: tech adoption, accelerating brand or product growth, development of human capital, and social impact. 2) Creating community-based programs and partnerships: designing community strategies and launching employee / customer / brand communities or ambassador programs, or creating decentralized strategies for engaging existing communities- As a side project, I channel some of my creative energies into fine art drone photography, where I've been internationally recognized by awards, exhibitions and National Geographic publications.
