I’m a passionate, hard working and ever learning student of the hospitality industry. I’ve been cooking, managing and having fun in restaurants since I was 16 and absolutely love food and service. I grew up in Kansas City and was introduced to good food early in in my life. Migrated to Denver to attend culinary school in 2009 and ended up in Boulder after several internships. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many great chefs several of which have been James Beard award winners and nominees. Good food is engrained in my life and managing is one of my passions.
