I enjoy a challenge and have learned to adapt well to high pressure environments. I always strive to reach my personal targets using method and efficiency, my competitive nature also plays a part to push me to hit and exceed them effectively. I do however enjoy the perks of working with others and contributing to the morale of a team. I have a very keen eye for quality which has always stood me in good stead in my roles as a contractor, I feel if something is worth doing, it is worth doing to a high standard. I embrace the reward of satisfaction at the end of a job well done, so am always looking for the next opportunity to prove myself.
