About Daniel Frazer

I am currently a Design, Quality, and BIM Manager Aecon Water Infrastructure. I work on large alternative delivery projects managing design and the digital integration of design for estimating and execution teams, manage quality control and support project teams with digital execution of quality control, assist with commissioning and startup planning and execution, and manage handover and project completion. This includes regular interfacing with plant operations and maintenance managers and their teams to ensure plants are able to run smoothly and meet permit requirements through construction project. I have a big passion for delivering successful designs within alternative delivery models by ensuring all requirements are met, design is executed with the operations and maintenance staff in mind, and design and project teams are successfully using digital tools to hand over documentation as required.
