I’m an IT professional with expertise and experience with large enterprise content management applications with a specific background in OpenText Content Server. Collaborating with peers and clients for project delivery. I also have extensive experience writing Oracle and SQL Server SQL reports for problem and data analysis, Workflows, WebReports and LiveReports. I have over 15 years experience working with ECM applications, providing production support, application administration, application monitoring, maintenance (applying patches, and performing upgrades), business process integration, and SQL/Web Reports for the OpenText ECM application suite. I led or was a key contributor for many projects that integrated business processes, such as building workflows and reports for legal holds and discovery, automation of vendor invoices and vendor contracts, integration of the SOX 404 certification procedures, and applying Records Management classifications on all unstructured content across all ECM applications. Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows, SQL Server 2008/2012 and Oracle 11g and 12g. My colleagues know me as a personable, get-it-done type of person who can always be counted on to complete work on time. I take the time to listen to what others have to say before I offer my opinions or suggestions, and emphasize the benefits for the group, and not just for myself. I enjoy working on highly collaborative teams, but work well alone too.
