About Daniel Gajdos

It is a delight for me to be a part of the supply chain industry, applying kaizen and poka-yoke ideologies throughout my daily activities and other projects. I love being a part of the automotive industry, as cars have always been a part of my passion. When I am not submersed in the industry following the current and future trends, I enjoy hiking in the greenery and fresh air of national and provincial parks. My passion, eagerness, and drive to work stems from a strong sense of empathy and pride in my own work. I enjoy working within computer systems on a daily basis such as SAP, CMS, and Excel. I have been able to efficiently use these ERP systems through my daily tasks and troubleshooting issues that occur. I also love to use my Excel knowledge in order to create modules that include poka-yoke and are used for daily use, and being the team’s resource for Excel related concerns. Ensuring a smooth supply chain so my team has a busy but smooth shift, drives me to do better. I enjoy keeping an open mind and listening to everyone about the problems at hand and suggested solutions, with a kaizen mindset. This assists to ensure they know that the team and the company are in my best interest to ensure both positive team collaboration during the work day and company success.
