About Daniel Gallagher

I have a strong background in personnel management and strong interpersonal skills, public presentation/teaching skills, well organized, self motivated with ability to rapidly learn new tasks and perform in a team environment. I am continually looking for ways to challenge the procedures in which the operations are executed to see if things can be done more effectively. I have a proven record of supervisory successes with hands on leadership experience in finding problems and causes to act promptly making changes to rectify the problem or situation for continual improvement in the day to day operations of my roll in this company. As a Captain of the police department, I managed the safety and well-being of all 105 officers and other subordinates. I have taken that extensive experience and applied it to Kennecott’s Zero Harm culture. I have always had great respect for not only my superiors, but my peers and subordinates as well, always putting my team before myself. I am always accountable for my actions and expect nothing from my team that I wouldn’t expect of myself. Teamwork is the key to success in any job performance to deliver a high level of management performance for the continuous growth of myself, my peers and the company we work for.
