I am a dedicated professional with a background in Agile project management, UI/UX design, and process optimization. I hold certifications in SAFe Lean-Agile, PRINCE2 projectmanagement and Structured Problem Solving (SPS), with a strong focus on digital transformation and improving user experiences. My educational journey, including specialized courses at CBS and the Quality Academy, has equipped me with a deep understanding of business processes and system optimization. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in technology and innovation, often applying my skills in DIY projects like building animatronics for Halloween displays, blending creativity with technical expertise. Throughout my career, I have worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments, primarily in the automotive and retail sectors. In my current role as UI/UX Design Project Lead at Continental AG, I lead cross-functional teams in refactoring complex digital platforms. I oversee the design and development of user-friendly interfaces for global web and mobile applications, ensuring the user experience is both efficient and intuitive. As a SCRUM Master and team coach, I have mentored developers, business analysts, and product owners while managing multiple Agile teams. Prior to this, I served as a Product Manager at Continental AG, where I led system integrity projects and change management processes for global reporting systems, optimizing stakeholder interactions and ensuring business continuity. Looking ahead, I am eager to expand my leadership role in digital transformation and process automation. I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that tackle complex challenges, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
