I have more than 11 years of experience in the educational sector, 8 of them as Director of religious, bilingual, and missionary schools. I have extensive knowledge of the General Law of National Education and international curricula (Cambridge, Singapore, Catholic Liberal Education), as well as in ICFES national standardized tests (Saber 11, Saber 9, Saber 5, Saber 3) and international Cambridge (IGCSE and Checkpoints) and Classical Education (CLT). Experience in educational research processes and evaluation models such as CIPP, Kirkpatrick, Tyler, and Responsive. I participate in the training and development process of both new and experienced teachers, from identifying the training needs to the formative and summative evaluation of the process, ensuring satisfactory continuous improvement processes for teachers, students, and parents. I possess skills in performing data analysis for making prudent decisions using statistical models such as linear regression, probability, multivariate analysis, and supervised and non-supervised classification methods for qualitative variables (use of programs such as Python, R Studio, SPSS, SQL, Excel, and Looker Studio).
