About Daniel Gamboa

Primarily experienced in leadership, human resources, child care, early childhood development, ABA therapy, outdoor education, consulting, qualitative, and quantitative research methods. I enjoy finding creative solutions and creating opportunities for growth and success. I value hands-on work but find fulfillment in being part of the ideation and planning. I am a steady and calm person who pays attention to the environments and people around me. A team oriented individual who strives to be a pillar of support that perpetuates growth as well as comfort in the workplace. I have been a leader in nearly every organization I have been a part of since middle school, and have taken extra leadership courses during my undergraduate degree. Through my experience in leadership I have come to believe that a leader should create a space where their team members can feel safe, empowered, happy, and the ability to grow in a work environment. My goal is learn more ways to provide that to those feelings to more and more of the world, through my own actions, communication, and research.
