About Daniel Gardner

Dr. Daniel Gardner has 27 years of teaching and business experience in healthcare, health science, medicine, marketing, sales, real estate, management, healthcare administration, wellness, and mindfulness. Dr. Gardner has researched clinical nutrition, anti-aging medicine, the prevention and treatment of chronic disease, as an elite triathlete, scientist and naturopathic physician. He is currently a Professor of Health Science at Namseoul University, Korea and serves as a naturopathic physician in Mt. Arlington, N.J. Dr. Gardner, who played NCAA college football, wrestling and athletics, also has coached American football, wrestling, baseball, tennis, triathlon and swimming. He won multiple Masters Swimming State Championships in Florida and Arizona, and completed the Ironman Hawaii Triathlon World Championship. He was the founder and head swim coach of both the Los Angeles Triathlon Club and the Phoenix Triathlon Club. He received his doctorate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in Tempe, Ariz. He also earned his MBA from Florida State University and BA from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA and was a three sport star at The Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ. He can coach baseball, American football, cross country, athletics, softball, swimming, tennis, triathlon, weightlifting and wrestling at the elite athlete level.
