My work experience of over 26 years includes advising various company boards on legal and company regulatory compliance matters. Provision of statutory company secretarial services, review and monitoring of sundry legislations and regulations that will have impact on clients businesses and providing timely advice, review and redrafting of diverse commercial agreements between local and foreign companies for various clients operating in telecommunication, manufacturing, construction, banking, oil and gas sectors etc. of the Nigeria economy. Prior to joining BDO I worked in three different law firms for 16 years and handled complex litigations, arbitrations and diverse Solicitors work.
