More than 15 years of my experience guarantees that during the first 6 months of our work together with me there will be visible results, which will not only be impressive in terms of the numbers, but more importantly the attitude of work and also hierarchical, structured relations will be outstanding. I was privileged to have travelled to lots of different places like e.g. India, New Zealand, Australia, USA etc. My experience in Agile coaching helps me to figure out how efficient people are within their current role. Whether it is possible to help them perform better, or another position would be more suitable for them and more lucrative for the business. I coach people and companies how to become the best version of themselves and provide them a toolbox they can always access anywhere in the world. I hugely focus on those basic skills that people already have regardless of what they are assigned to do, and probably would make use of those skills elsewhere within the organisation. I coached and helped of people to get it right! Without change nothing changes. It is time to take action and change before it gets too late.
