As an accomplished civil engineer and a prior Navy Lieutenant, it has been my mission to take the lead at Naval Facilities Engineering Command with the advancement of stormwater management procedures to help develop a resilient and sustainable infrastructure for the future. With approximately five years of experience in water resources engineering, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Stormwater Modeling, engineering policies, planning, analysis, design & construction, and project management, I have successfully overseen a diverse range of projects, including green infrastructures, civil site design, storm sewer conveyance, regulatory compliance and permitting, and stormwater management policies, studies, and master-planning. My expertise lies in identifying and analyzing information within dynamic environments and providing tailored solutions. I possess a broad understanding of design and construction aspects for facility projects, including renovation, restoration, modernization, hazardous material remediation, and new construction. I am recognized for delivering effective engineering solutions in the fields of hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater modeling. I leverage my military leadership skills and hands-on engineering experience to enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure compliance in both government and private sectors. Known for my organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities, I excel in collaborative team environments, working with others to set clear goals and make informed decisions aligned with project and mission requirements.
