With a background in product and project management, I’ve launched multiple products in highly regulated industries, working closely with government customers to navigate complexity and deliver results. Beyond just shipping products, I’ve spent years studying how organizations adopt new technologies and what makes some succeed while others struggle. My doctoral research focused on Marketing BI system adoption in US-based SMEs, where I found that fostering a data-driven culture and seeking external expertise are key to success. These insights shape the way I approach product strategy, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement. I believe data should do more than just sit in reports—it should connect people, drive action, and create a meaningful network of insights. That’s why I love working at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, designing processes that make organizations more effective. I also have a passion for cutting-edge technology and enjoy leading teams through complex challenges—whether it’s navigating regulatory hurdles, implementing new systems, or designing better ways to work.
