About Daniel Gonsalves

With over 10 years of work experience in customer service, administration, and relationship management, I am a resilient, diligent, and enthusiastic communicator who strives to solve problems and enhance customer experience. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and I am fluent in English and Hindi. As a Customer Service Specialist 2 at HireRight, I communicate with both clients and their applicants, assist them with any queries related to their background screening, and resolve every transaction and query in the best way possible. I also work on emails, take calls, and respond to chats using the Max Connect system. Additionally, I attend any relevant training sessions and make suggestions to improve systems and productivity. Previously, I managed the groups department at Park Grand Hotels Limited, booking hotel rooms for groups from different countries, arranging show arounds, enforcing credit policies, and handling correspondence.
