My career has spanned technical operations, leadership roles in both engineering and business development, and customer project management — all with a focus on aligning business objectives with public benefit. At DTE Energy, I lead initiatives that enhance system reliability, expand capacity, and strengthen customer trust through proactive planning, infrastructure upgrades, and open community engagement, while also providing critical storm duty functions. I have worked as lead dispatch for damage assessment in the ICS command structure. During my time at Indiana Michigan Power (AEP), I managed relationships with major accounts, serving as a single point of contact for executive decision makers, leading strategic programs to retain and grow partnerships, and supporting economic development — including helping bring the Amazon Elkhart project to fruition. I was also an active member of the community outreach programs and had the privilege of working with Habitat for Humanity. Earlier in my career at CPS Energy, I provided engineering expertise for large-scale commercial and industrial projects, ensuring customer need-by dates were met. Tesla, Takata, Wal-Mart, and many city-driven improvement projects that required the relocation of large customers were among the types of projects I managed.
