Change defines both technology and people, and navigating that evolution is at the core of what I do. My work revolves around people: diverse, complex, and constantly adapting to new challenges. Building great products is never just about clean code or mastering tools, but it’s more about communication, collaboration and a shared purpose. As an Engineering Manager with a strong background in ride-hailing and SaaS software development, I lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative, scalable, and reliable systems. I value proactive problem-solving and clarity in communication, fostering collaboration across teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions. Currently, I’m focused on building and testing agentic systems, exploring how AI agents can enhance software quality, automation, and decision-making. This hands-on work reconnects me with my technical roots and keeps me at the frontier of where engineering and intelligence meet. I believe quality engineering is inseparable from great software. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide technical stack — including Swift, Java, Groovy, Kotlin, Python, and tools like XCUITest, Espresso, Playwright, k6, Locust, SonarQube, Elastic, Grafana, Metabase, Mage, and always driven by curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
