Currently I am an IT Field Operations Site Lead with Ovation Healthcare - Tempo Technology Services. Responsible for the supervision and training of employees in hospital environments supporting clientele across the U.S. with onsite hardware, software, peripherals, and other device installations related to the client’s network infrastructure for acquisition conversions. Other duties include assisting with hardware gap analysis with project stakeholders, overseeing deployment configurations and the overall completion of project deliverables. IT Field Operations Technician duties include installation or discovery of hardware, software, peripherals, and other devices for client network infrastructure. Executing server patching and contributing to staff augmentation for clientele to improve network functionality. I’m a school of engineering and applied science graduate from Western Kentucky University (WKU) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology with a comprehensive skill set encompassing network administration, enterprise recurse planning systems, project management, programming, database administration, web administration, and computer maintenance.
