About Daniel Greenblatt

I'm an experienced UX designer, design lead and manager with over 15 years experience working in the tech industry. As a designer and design lead, I've helped teams build great products that solve real problems by advocating for a user-centered approach, asking the right questions, and creating the conditions for the right solutions to emerge - through my own, or my teams’ designs. As a manager and mentor, I strive to support the people around me in navigating the complexities of their work (and sometimes, their life outside of work), in order to help them grow and be their best. And as a UX thinker and educator, I've championed for the seemingly-simple yet deceptively-powerful tenet of adopting a human-first approach. I believe that UX, and all the diverse skills that comprise our toolkit, is a true superpower, and I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to use it to work on products that have improved people’s lives in material ways.
