As an Operations Engineer at INEOS Grangemouth, one of the largest petrochemical complexes in Europe, I have been responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of polyethylene plant innovene 4. With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I have gained a broad technical and engineering skill base, having worked on major engineering projects for industry leaders such as BP, Shell, Saudi Aramco and ExxonMobil. I am a team player, with experience and ability to both take direction and assume leadership role as required. I am disciplined, safety conscious, and driven to achieve both personal and company targets. I have demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills in operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing process units. I have also contributed to the continuous improvement of workplace safety, quality, and efficiency, by applying industry best practices and standards. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field of operations engineering.
