Activities and responsibilities (applicable to my current and previous jobs) Supporting Top Management in HSE Policy and Guidelines issues, supports the definition of Organization roles and responsibilities concerning safety aspects. Leading the implementation of HSE Management System standard issues, ensuring the implementation, updating, and review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems in accordance with corporate guidelines. Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures, and providing any necessary updates in accordance with the changes made to applicable Legislation and Company Directives. Providing motivation and familiarization for all company personnel, respecting the importance of complying with the company´s system procedures and all safety equipment provided. Taking part in accident / incident investigations, carrying out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. Providing Safety support and advice, including supervision on plan preparations and procedures for initial contract start up activities. Leading the translation initiative to pass from English to Spanish the HSE e-learining courses to benefit employees across the world.
