Over 2 decades of experience directly and indirectly mentoring and/or leading high performance personnel and teams. Delivered results on a range of complex requirements and projects in over 25 countries. I have a passion and a drive for making measurable and impactful improvements to any organizations assigned to or had influence over. Highly skilled at managing operations, conducting strategic planning, design thinking, problem solving, process improvement, training and development, foreign coordination processes, and integrating emerging technology and software capabilities into operational use. I have a Top Secret/SCI clearance that enables me to be involved with sensitive projects for the government and defense industry. I have been privileged to be involved in and/or lead incredible teams in product, engineering, operations, policy, and security over the past 20 years. Advising and mentoring leadership across organizations at all echelons with a global reach. Influencing subordinate personnel and teams with laser-like focus on improving top down and bottom up processes that strikes at measure of performance success across the entire organization. Career experience in Air Defense Operations specializing in tactical data link integration, air battle management/Air Traffic Control, and early warning radars. Career experience in Spectrum Management focusing on Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Activities, Electronic Warfare, Space Operations, Foreign/Host Nation Coordination, Managing Host Nation Allocation Tables, Involved with Spectrum Supportability Processes, and multiple echelon experience to include Combatant Command Activities. Career experience in High Frequency (HF) Operations including training, planning, emplacing, and radio operating. Involved in multiple DOD level efforts for interoperability protocol, HF modernization, and influence on Service level HF priorities.
