Hey, My name is daniel halperin I am a third-year Information Systems & Cybersecurity student with a diverse skill set and hands-on experience gained throughout my studies. I have built a strong foundation in project management, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and technological innovation, and I am particularly eager to deepen my knowledge in the data field. Throughout my studies, I have worked with data using tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI (which I taught myself). I am currently self-learning Linux and continuously expanding my technical knowledge. In addition to my technical expertise in data, I bring significant experience in IT. I served as a Network Administrator in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), managing and maintaining secure network infrastructures. I have also worked as an IT Support Technician at Israel Ports, where I provided technical support for hardware and software issues, working with technologies like Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco, and PineApp. My experience includes troubleshooting, system optimization, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Additionally, I have experience in project management and team leadership from my role as Vice President of the Student Union. I led various projects, such as organizing events, coordinating with external partners, and developing solutions to enhance student services. This role honed my skills in time management, budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, and communication, strengthening my leadership abilities. I am highly analytical, a fast learner, and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. I am looking for new challenges in the data field, where I can leverage my skills and experience to drive successful projects and make impactful contributions.
