Multilingual project management professional (English, German, Spanish) with a Master's in International Affairs and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. Experienced in the civil society/nonprofit sector, with a passion for impactful policy work in areas like social cohesion, urban governance, and cultural policy. With work experience in the USA, Spain, Argentina, Austria, and Germany, I bring a collaborative approach to navigating complex environments and engaging diverse stakeholders. My focus is on community-centered initiatives that address social challenges and foster inclusive outcomes. In my current role, I manage the admissions process, organize & curate workshops, events, and panels, and help shape the curriculum for a major fellowship program supporting individuals with immigrant backgrounds in Germany. I am also actively involved in conceptualizing and drafting project proposals for new programs, allowing me to design impactful initiatives that align with our organization’s mission.
