I am an investigations and intelligence professional with experience advising organizations on pre-deal and pre-relationship investigative due diligence, regulatory compliance, complex internal fraud investigations, litigation support and general intelligence collection matters. I have expertise in open-source and human intelligence collection to gather data and facts that help organizations make informed business decisions and respond to risk/crisis events. Throughout my career, I have led hundreds of complex investigations working on both client-facing and internal teams. My work has helped numerous corporations avoid or remediate financial and reputational risks. In addition to my investigative experience, I have extensive experience in regulatory compliance, specifically on FCPA, OFAC and BSA/AML/KYC compliance matters. I have helped several organizations design and/or strengthen their compliance programs, often in response to regulatory scrutiny.
