When fresh out of Sixth-Form, I swiftly transitioned into the role of an IT Apprentice in 2019, seamlessly completing my QA IT courses and securing full-time employment within the same company. My approach to work is grounded in honesty, helpfulness, and cooperation, all aimed at ensuring optimal service delivery and results. Currently, my primary focus revolves around delivering top-notch internal IT support to both remote and on-site colleagues. This involves a diverse range of tasks, from onboarding new team members to managing Active Directory and handling backup and asset management requests, on top of support requests for Windows & Mac operating systems. Simply put, if it lands on the service desk, count on me to see it through to completion. Beyond my professional duties, I have a profound passion for PC hardware, encompassing everything from building to maintaining & supporting workstations, gaming rigs, and servers. Gaming is another area of interest for me, alongside video editing and content creation during my leisure time on YouTube. Lately, I've also been exploring the realms of audio interfacing!
