About Daniel Hayashi

After the realization I would never be a famous painter or musician (the Foo Fighters wouldn't return my calls), I decided I would have to figure out what I wanted to do in life. Since my grandma always urged me to take a "no thank you bite" of everything put in front of me just to try it, I went ahead and did just that. The best way to find out if something fits is to try it on for size. Even after working in industries from Medical to Music, with experiences ranging from research to business development, I still enjoy finding ways to make things better, learn something new, and develop new and alternative ways to improve processes and workflows. Working with people to improve themselves and their work is one of the things I enjoy most about every job I have had. When I am not building or fixing something at work, you will probably find me at home building or fixing something. Whether I am working on a car or computer, cooking food or building something, or just playing my guitar or video games, I always need something to keep my hands busy. Even though I have more things to do than there are hours in the day, I always love to learn something new and challenge myself to do things I never thought to try.
