I am a results-driven General Operations Manager at Excellerate UK, responsible for operations across London, Cambridge, Peterborough, and Essex. I lead a team of 3 managers and 2 mobile teams, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 100 sites—including retail, residential, education, commercial, and financial properties. In 2025, through strong leadership and a key contract expansion, I grew the portfolio’s value from £2m to over £6m. Previously, I led high-value accounts such as Battersea Power Station, where I mobilised and scaled the contract from £1m to over £4m by launching new development phases. At Facilicom UK, I progressed from Service Delivery Manager to Senior Operations Manager, managing contracts with Bank of New York and Goldman Sachs worth over £4m. Even during COVID-19, I maintained service quality and full contract value. I bring deep expertise in operations management, P&L accountability, contract mobilisation, pricing, and business development, with a strong focus on leadership, team development, and health & safety compliance.
