About Daniel Hill

Directly out of High School I went into the work force. I worked four jobs for two years gaining a vast array of experience from direct sales, retail, coaching, and restaurant service. I moved to Oceania directly after that. I quickly found a position at an over the top style burger restaurant. There I began to learn about alcohol, general restaurant industry, and quickly learned I had a knack and a passion for it. I spent several years developing as a bartender, even getting to the point of designing training menus, running master-classes, distilling/brewing at home, and building prestigous cocktail menus for a wide variety of venues. I specialize in unique creations and turning high-brow cocktails into accessible cocktails for the average consumer. Unfortunately, as it did for us all, 2020 came with COVID-19. For me, it meant being forced out of the country I called home. I spent the next couple of years hopping between cocktail bartending, bottleshops, and service positions upon re-entering the US. Finally, I landed in Miami working in alcohol wholesale from the distributor side. I have a passion for assisting the growth of small businesses, and I like to assist in growing the alcohol industry whether that be distilleries, breweries, dive bars, private clubs, corner restaurants or bottle shops, Michelin star restaurants, or gastropubs.
