Qualifications- BTEC National Diploma in forensic Science and Criminal Psychology - First aid - ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) awareness - LASER Level 2 working as a Security Officer within the private security industry I am currently working as an SIA licensed Security Team Leader for TCFM at BARD Pharmaceuticals, part of NAPP Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. I have been with the company since October 2017. At BARD I have developed my surveillance, communication and organisational skills. I have also enhanced my security awareness and management skills, along with my ability to manage incidents. I have 2 years and 9 months experience of front line policing through my former position as Special Constable, which was based at Cambridgeshire Constabulary. As a Special Constable I worked alongside full time police officers and possessed the same authority and responsibility. I benefited greatly from my time at Cambridgeshire Constabulary. My knowledge, confidence, communication skills, fitness and mental strength grew as I benefited from my experience. I worked as a Catering Assistant for University of Cambridge Catering Service from January 2012 to June 2017. The role helped develop my flexibility and versatility as I worked at many different sites and locations. My communication skills benefited greatly from the experience too. My first job was as General Assistant at the Arundel House Hotel in Cambridge. This initial position led to a higher role as Restaurant Supervisor. I worked there from September 2006 until December 2011. Whilst working at the Arundel I developed my communication skills, reliability, punctuality, confidence and team work skills. Working closely with the general public helped develop my communication skills greatly.
