QA Analyst with broad experience in a global company in QA. I'm a firm believer in values such as responsibility, accountability, continuous innovation, pride in work and a passion for technology. I have more than 10 years of various work experience and exciting roles that made me who I am today. During the start of my career in Kuala Lumpur, i was fortunate to have a role which helped me understand how to communicate to customers effectively as a Helpdesk analyst for AMR customers for 1 year before moving to Singapore to expand my horizons as a Data Center Operation Specialist at NCS. I started my journey at Apple in 2011 as a Tier 1 technical support advisor for Greater China region. This role brought me great understanding of customers in China and also gave me an opportunity in expanding my role to other areas of the business (iTunes Fraud prevention team). Having rotational experience in the iTunes role brought me a permanent position as a Senior iTunes support role which i learn to handle demanding cases and how to troubleshoot complex issues for 3 years. I am currently a Support Programs QA analyst and i am responsible in planning and testing internal Applecare tools. My role involves interacting with different stakeholders in a project such as Project managers, Developers, Product owner, business users and this has thought me valuable experience in communicating with different people in the organization. I am also involved in planning and scenario gathering before a testing phase begins. During testing phase I am also a DRI for certain module of a project and would coordinate testing effort and work with developer teams in resolving tickets raised by me and my peers. Certain projects also requires efforts and assistance from vendors which I would need to coordinate and plan testing effort from them. When testing phase is completed, I am also involved in filtering and prioritizing feedbacks from Beta users so that developers would be able to resolve high priority issues efficiently. I credit this role in finding my passion in the QA space and also given me the exposure to different teams from all over the world and working hand in hand to deliver a quality end product. In my free time, i enjoy exploring beautiful sceneries/architecture, making travel videos, video games and of course getting bullied by my kids.
