My core aim in retail is to ensure that customers are indeed served with great experience alongside achieving productivity and company targets. In the time of working in the retail environment i successfully gained a 2:1 in business and economics at Huddersfield University applying many different real life vents in many of my submission, furthermore; gaining the academic and analysis skills together collaborating with the knowledge and experience needed to further achieve my goals. Using the vast knowledge and experience in business and economics has the Head of Environment Recruiter at Legacy Resourcing where Danny's Responsibilities encompass the overall recruitment of contract technical personnel, from initial screening of candidates to final confirmation of hire, for placement into various positions. Duties include: negotiating rates with contract employees and clients, attending job fairs, conducting personnel interviews. Legacy Resourcing objective is simple “to be the number one supplier of technical staff within the Environment sector” and to do this Danny adopts a partnering approach with his client/candidate base, adding value to the traditional recruitment and selection process and has been responsible for a number of key/strategic hires within large multi-national firms both in the UK and internationally.
