Subject matter expertise in: EEG analysis, STEM education, signal and video transmission, proactive maintenance and quality monitoring; DOCSIS signal processing; energy consumption modeling and efficiency measures for access networks; education and training material development; standards and strategies; patent and technical writing/presentations; and non-profit organizational growth strategies and leveraging SME relationships. Systems architect for advanced broadband networks, including modern HFC, FTTH, and wireless last mile access network designs, technology, operations and proactive maintenance. Formed the strategic plan and led the team that developed a full suite of online, on-demand curriculae for the cable technical workforce tied to formal industry certifications, from beginning installer through plant and headend technicians, and finally to advanced video engineering and network engineering professionals. The content was developed in an agile, cost effective, and scalable manner that leveraged his company's leadership position in the industry for national, international and local chapter events.
