An experienced Chartered warehouse & logistics manager who “inspires teams to perform”. Providing logistical operations and managerial control to consistently improve productivity and efficiency using lean 6 sigma and 5s methodology, identifying issues and presenting relevant solutions with measurable results. A composed and methodical warehouse manager who has a proven track record of managing operational KPI’s to delivery customer results. Works in collaboration with team members and senior management to evaluate, analyse, identify problems and deliver streamlined operational solutions. Currently working within 3pl, but experience within engineering, medical and FCMG within the UK and Internationally. Always looking to learn new things within the industry, supplementing my practical knowledge gained through the various positions I have held I have also completed my degree in Supply Chain & Logistics and finishing off a master’s degree in Strategic leadership and management. Currently in employment in the United Kingdom, but remains interested in challenging and exciting logistics management opportunities in Europe.
