I have closed and expanded sales in B2B sales environments, designed and deployed technical solutions to meet the business needs of my organizations, negotiated mutually amicable solutions, hired/managed/trained teams, delivered value propositions to clients/ prospects, designed workplans, created marketing campaigns, and administered budgets. As the Area Sales Manager for Ally Financial, I was ranked the #1 Area Sales Manager in the nation, achieved 160% of my sales quota, and consistently ranked in the Top 25% of Sales Managers while managing a north Houston sales territory. I was also recognized for ranking in the Top 8% of Area Sales Managers in a declining market. I delivered training to my clients through web-based platforms, provided mentorship to our sales and operational professionals, and remained current on industry/market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities for the organization.
