About Daniel Huber

I am an Interim Manager at HEFE.Consulting, a firm that develops and implements strategies for #industry,#energy, and #automotive suppliers, including #growth initatives,#sales optimization,#digitization,#technology management, as well as #restructuring and #relocation. With over 20 years of experience as a managing director and engineer, I have a proven track record of leading and executing complex and challenging projects in various segments and markets. My core competencies are strategy development and implementation, automation technology, customer relationship management, process improvement, and business management. Most recently I restructured a small, medium-sized company and merged it with an affiliated company. I have successfully relocated product development and production to China, the Czech Republic, and Brazil, and restructured in Germany. I have also optimized the sales processes and organizations, and selected and introduced CRM systems. In the technology sector, I have initiated and advanced product developments in Industry 4.0/Internet of Things. My mission is to help my clients achieve their reorientation goals, while ensuring intercultural alignment and employee engagement.
